AlphaIntel is an AI-powered financial analysis platform. We provide market research, data analysis, and AI-generated insights. AlphaIntel is an information tool. We are not a broker, investment advisor, or asset manager. We do not execute trades, manage portfolios, or handle your money. Any decision you make based on our analysis is entirely your own.

2. Your Account

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.

3. Intellectual Property

The AlphaIntel platform, including its design, code, content, and AI models, is our property. Your data (portfolio information, analysis history) remains yours. You may export or delete your data at any time.

4. Financial Disclaimer

AlphaIntel provides analysis and insights for informational purposes only. This is not financial advice. AI-generated analysis can contain errors, outdated information, or incorrect conclusions. Past performance shown in backtests does not guarantee future results. You should not make investment decisions based solely on AlphaIntel output. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed financial advisor. Trading and investing involve risk, including the possible loss of capital.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, AlphaIntel is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of our platform or reliance on our analysis. This includes but is not limited to financial losses from trading decisions. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of AlphaIntel at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes. Free features may change without notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
