Protecting your data is our priority.
Infrastructure
Our backend runs on isolated cloud infrastructure in Europe. Our frontend is served via a global edge network with automatic SSL. Environments are separated between development and production.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+. Connections to our platform are always HTTPS. Sensitive credentials are stored as encrypted environment variables, never in code or databases.
Access Control
Access to production systems is restricted to the founding team. Authentication is handled by a dedicated third-party provider with multi-factor authentication support.
Monitoring
We use error tracking and logging to detect issues in real time. We monitor platform availability and investigate anomalies promptly.

Found a security issue? Please report it to contact@alphaintel.ch. We will acknowledge your report within 48 hours and work to resolve confirmed vulnerabilities promptly.
