When you run an analysis, your query (stock ticker and parameters) is sent to third-party AI providers for processing. Only market-related data (which is publicly available) is processed.

We use the following categories of service providers to operate AlphaIntel:
- Authentication provider: manages user sign-up and login.
- Hosting providers: serve our website and backend infrastructure, with servers in Switzerland and the European Economic Area.
- AI processing providers: process anonymized analysis queries.
- Error monitoring: helps us identify and fix technical issues (no personal data is sent).

Your data is primarily processed in Switzerland and the European Economic Area. Anonymized analysis queries may be processed by AI providers in other regions, but since these queries contain no personal information, this does not constitute a transfer of personal data under the FADP.
