1. What AlphaIntel Is
AlphaIntel is an AI-powered financial analysis platform. We provide market research, data analysis, and AI-generated insights. AlphaIntel is an information tool. We are not a broker, investment advisor, or asset manager. We do not execute trades, manage portfolios, or handle your money. Any decision you make based on our analysis is entirely your own.
2. Your Account
When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.
3. Intellectual Property
The AlphaIntel platform, including its design, code, content, and AI models, is our property. Your data (portfolio information, analysis history) remains yours. You may export or delete your data at any time.
4. No Investment Advice
AlphaIntel provides analysis and insights for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or asset manager under Swiss law (FINMA) or any other jurisdiction. You should not make investment decisions based solely on AlphaIntel output. Always conduct your own independent research and consider consulting a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment decision. Trading and investing involve risk, including the possible loss of capital.
5. AI Limitations
AlphaIntel uses large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent AI systems. By using this platform, you acknowledge the following inherent limitations:
- Hallucination: AI models can generate plausible-sounding but factually incorrect statements, figures, or citations. All outputs should be independently verified before acting on them.
- Not real-time: Analysis is based on data retrieved at the time of the request. Market conditions, prices, and news can change within seconds after an analysis is generated.
- No accuracy guarantee: Despite using multiple specialized AI agents and cross-verification, analysis may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
- No personalization: Analysis does not account for your personal financial situation, tax obligations, investment objectives, or risk tolerance unless you have explicitly provided this information.
- Knowledge limits: AI models have training cutoffs and may not reflect the most recent corporate events, regulatory changes, or market developments.
AlphaIntel's multi-agent debate process reduces but does not eliminate these limitations. Past performance shown in any analysis or backtest does not guarantee future results.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, AlphaIntel is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of our platform or reliance on our analysis. This includes but is not limited to financial losses from trading or investment decisions made based on AI-generated insights. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of AlphaIntel at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes. Free features may change without notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
