1. What AlphaIntel Is
AlphaIntel is an AI-powered investment platform. When our output is tailored to your investor profile or portfolio, it is personalised investment advice under the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA), generated by an automated AI system under human responsibility; our registration with the Swiss adviser register is in progress. We are not a broker, bank, or asset manager: we do not execute trades, hold no client funds, and have no management mandate over your assets. Any decision you make based on our advice is entirely your own.
2. Your Account
When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.
3. Intellectual Property
The AlphaIntel platform, including its design, code, content, and AI models, is our property. Your data (portfolio information, analysis history) remains yours. You may export or delete your data at any time.
4. Investment Advice and Your Responsibility
Personalised output on this platform is investment advice under the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA); a suitability assessment based on your investor profile is performed before it is given. The adviser register is not a FINMA licence: AlphaIntel is not subject to FINMA prudential supervision and is not authorised as a bank, securities firm, or asset manager. Advice is never a guarantee of outcome. You remain free to follow or reject any recommendation, and every transaction decision is yours. Trading and investing involve risk, including the possible loss of capital.
5. AI Limitations
AlphaIntel uses large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent AI systems. By using this platform, you acknowledge the following inherent limitations:
- Hallucination: AI models can generate plausible-sounding but factually incorrect statements, figures, or citations. All outputs should be independently verified before acting on them.
- Not real-time: Analysis is based on data retrieved at the time of the request. Market conditions, prices, and news can change within seconds after an analysis is generated.
- No accuracy guarantee: Despite using multiple specialized AI agents and cross-verification, analysis may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
- Personalisation has limits: advice is tailored to the investor profile and portfolio information you provide on the platform. It cannot account for circumstances you have not shared, such as assets held elsewhere or your tax situation, so keep your profile up to date.
- Knowledge limits: AI models have training cutoffs and may not reflect the most recent corporate events, regulatory changes, or market developments.
AlphaIntel's multi-agent debate process reduces but does not eliminate these limitations. Past performance shown in any analysis or backtest does not guarantee future results.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, AlphaIntel is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of our platform or reliance on our analysis. This includes but is not limited to financial losses from trading or investment decisions made based on AI-generated insights. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of AlphaIntel at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes. Free features may change without notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
