Protecting your data is our priority.
Infrastructure
Your data is hosted in Europe on encrypted infrastructure. Every connection is encrypted automatically, over SSL, that is, nobody can read what travels between your browser and us, even on public Wi-Fi.
Encryption
All connections use modern encryption, TLS 1.2 or newer, that is, anything intercepted stays unreadable. Sensitive credentials are stored securely and never appear in code or in databases.
Access Control
On our side, access to production data is strictly limited and protected by a second factor. On yours: two-step verification is switched on from your settings, under the « General » tab.
Monitoring
We monitor our platform around the clock and investigate anomalies promptly.
Responsible Disclosure
Found a security issue? Please report it to contact@alphaintel.ch. We will acknowledge your report within 48 hours and work to resolve confirmed vulnerabilities promptly.
